Recently, he replaced the bottom seals on both my garage doors, performed full maintenance, and gave honest advice—telling me I didn’t even need new doors when I thought I might. Mike went above and beyond resolving my garage door issues; from fixing the spring & cable problem, to correcting the bracket placement that connects to the motorized track and even repairing the damaged door panel with a support bracket. All of this plus general maintenance service to leave the almost 25year old original equipment and hardware operating like new for an extremely affordable price. Mike was really great at fixing our garage door. He recognized the problem immediately and gave us 2 solutions (either replace the garage controller completely or repair a part of it). He was very good at explaining what was wrong with it. We chose to replace the garage controller and he gave us a very reasonable rate compared to other garage repair companies we contacted. He worked on it very quickly. When he was done, he explained all the features of our new garage controller and even installed the number pad for it for free. He explained to us a common issue regarding the sensors of new controllers and how to fix it, saving us from future emergency calls. He also gave us a one year warranty. He even hauled away our old garage controller. He was very professional and courteous. He also responded to our call the day of, which happened to be Sunday on New Year's Eve. We're so thankful. If you ever have any garage issues, you're in great hands with Overhead Door Solutions!

I can’t thank Mike enough for helping out with our issues with our garage door. He was very prompt with coming in as soon as he could to fix our garage.
